Entomologist Morgane's favourite insect is the stick insect which is one of the many bugs on our planet with the ability to camouflage. In this episode of Bug Hunter!, Morgane teleports into a garden in New Zealand to track down some 'in disguise' stick insects. The Stick Insect is a well-known southern hemisphere bug that hides in amongst the totara trees and moths that blend into Lichen or the Underwing Moth that looks like a leaf. In the northern hemisphere, the Giant Swallowtail Caterpillar looks like bird poop or a snake to discourage birds from eating them.
