It’s the middle of winter in Fair Village, and when 2Much and Delisha discover that Hoot has ordered a box of beach things they begin to suspect that she plans to move away for good. 2Much and Delisha spread this rumor, which grows more and more out of control, until all the Hoppers are in a panic about losing Hoot. Just when it looks all is lost, it’s revealed that Hoot is throwing a Beach Party for everyone – to get their minds off the long, hard winter.
