Hops, a shy baby rock wallaby, has just arrived at the Shelter. Against all odds, the only person who can approach him is Tommy. A strong bond forms between him and the wallaby... a little too strong, even. Tommy is quickly overwhelmed, while Audrey feels neglected by her friend. The kids will have to find a new companion for little Hops.

Audrey’s Shelter follows 7-year-old Audrey, who lives at her family’s refuge for endangered species. She knows first-hand that caring for a menagerie of wild animals isn’t easy but is always worth it. It just takes a little empathy and a big sense of humour.
