Liz Burrow was a concert musician, chef, and palliative care worker. She found her true calling as a nut farmer, growing walnuts, hazelnuts and pecans on a farm near Fergus, Ontario. Her nut hobby is now a full fledged business, creating and selling flavoured nuts. Chef Nick Benninger cooks an apple tart tatin including chipotle roasted pecans, goat cheese and maple crumble over an open fire on the farm.
