In this episode of Food's Footprint, journalist Brandy Yanchyk visits Dustin Bajer’s backyard in Edmonton, Alberta to explore his project, Shrubscriber. Dustin is on a mission to transform urban spaces by planting trees and creating a city in harmony with nature. Through community workshops and tree planting, Shrubscriber is showing how trees can combat climate change, boost biodiversity, and make our cities more sustainable and food-secure.
