This short film features Kinship Rising, an Indigenous-led project focused on healing from colonial violence by restoring sacred teachings of wellbeing. A team of artists painted the Fearless Sisters Rising mural on exhibit at the Mearns Centre for Learning, University of Victoria. The project centres kinship, community knowledge, and collective care, exploring how individuals and communities can support healing, safety, and lasting change by restoring sacred teachings.
